How long is the delivery time?

All Orders are shipped within 4 business days, shipping within Finland takes up to 7 business days, EU shipping up to 7 business days and 20 business days for International shipping.

I have received an incorrect item in my order. What do I do?

Should you receive an order that doesn’t correspond with your confirmation then please email info@insjo.com including your order number and we will agree a replacement.​

I would like to cancel my order, how do I proceed?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you have received your order. However, should your product be unpackaged and used we cannot issue a refund. In the case of an order being cancelled after shipment the customer bares the cost of the return. Insjö however will always replace any faulty products without any charge to the customer.

How do I take care of my new Insjö bagINbag?

All insjo bags are made with a high quality, durable and cleanable fabric. You can simply wipe it with a wet cloth for cleaning. Washing them gently by hand is also recommended.​

Product Return

Insjö Oy are committed to providing quality products to our customers. However, should you change your mind about your purchase with us you have the right to return or exchange your order by contacting the Insjö Online Shop within 14 days of delivery, for return please use this Form (FIN) / Form (ENG). This is stated in the Finnish consumer protection legislation.

The return policy does not apply to products on sale or which are altered according to your wishes in any way. Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when you received them, all additional pieces included in the order and in its original outer package. The product must be returned immediately after notifying Insjö of the return. If the package should be lost in transit, the Insjö online store will not be responsible. Please remember to return the product with a copy of the delivery note. When we have received your return, the cost of the product will be refunded to the card that you used for payment. We will not refund the cost of return-shipping costs unless the product is being returned because it is faulty or damaged which we must be made aware of before you return the product to us. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.
