How long is the delivery time?

All Orders are shipped within 3 business days, shipping within Finland takes up to 4 business days, EU shipping up to 7 business days and 20 business days for International shipping.

How can I pay for my Insjö bag?

We use both Paytrail and Paypal. You can pay for your order either by credit, debit or Finnish bank.​

The item I want is currently out of stock. When will it be available again?

We endeavour to re-stock all items within 4 weeks subject to availability.​

I have received an incorrect item in my order. What do I do?

Should you receive an order that doesn’t correspond with your confirmation then please email info@insjo.com including your order number and we will agree a replacement.​

I would like to cancel my order, how do I proceed?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you have received your order. However, should your product be unpackaged and used we cannot issue a refund. In the case of an order being cancelled after shipment the customer bares the cost of the return. Insjö however will always replace any faulty products without any charge to the customer.

How do I take care of my new Insjö bagINbag?

All insjo bags are made with a high quality, durable and cleanable fabric. You can simply wipe it with a wet cloth for cleaning. Washing them gently by hand is also recommended.​

Where is my Insjö bag made?

All Insjö products are designed in Helsinki, Finland and manufactured at our partner factory in China by professional bag makers. ​

I have experienced a problem with my Insjö bag. Who should I contact?​

info@insjo.com to organise a replacement, please remember to include your order number when writing to us.

Do the Insjö bags have a warranty?​

All Insjö bags have a 3 months manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. Should articles delivered show obvious material or manufacturing defects, please notify Insjö immediately. We ask that you send a proof of purchase date, a picture of the defective product that shows the defect, your invoice as well as your full contact details to the following email address: info@insjo.com. You will be informed about how to proceed from us by email. Normal wear and tear of the goods does not establish a warranty right.
